I'm Dr. Melva Persico, a Caribbean-rooted higher education consultant and language specialist with a Ph.D. in Romance Studies (Spanish) from the University of Miami and years of experience as an educator, researcher, author, translator, and editor, I've had the privilege of working with institutions and individuals in different parts of the world.
